We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our Instrument and Probe Development Department (R&D Division).

What will be your main tasks?
• Design, test, and implement advanced electronic circuits and signal processing assemblies, including sensor integration.
• Ensure high device performance and implement innovative solutions to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of NDT testing.
• Develop, analyze, and test electronic components, optimizing systems for improved performance.
• Create PCB design concepts and layouts for instruments, including schematic diagrams and the development of multilayer signal boards.
• Define block diagrams for new devices.
• Select and order appropriate components for PCB assemblies.
• Maintain product hardware.
• Perform low-level programming.
• Program PCB boards without an operating system.
• Work on FPGA design.
• Prepare project and technical documentation, product instructions, and procedures in line with quality standards.
• Participate in field testing activities.
• Support sales-related activities.
• Order necessary parts and components.
• Lead multiple projects, including complex ones, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Track the latest technologies and trends and implement innovative solutions.
• Continuously improve existing projects and products to boost quality and efficiency while reducing production costs.
• Address technical issues and implement new solutions to enhance the efficiency and functionality of NDT instruments.
• Monitor industry standards and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to internal work procedures.
• Ensure alignment of all components with system requirements by coordinating activities across the team.
Who are we looking for?
We would be glad to meet a candidate with the following experience and skills:
• Minimum Master’s degree in a technical field.
• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in a research and development environment, production or engineering projects.
• Advanced understanding, analysis, optimization and creation of incoming technical project requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
• Advanced understanding of electronic circuit design.
• Advanced knowledge of signal processing circuits.
• Advanced understanding, creation and approval of technical documentation.
• Knowledge of low-level programming and programming PCB boards without an operating system.
• Knowledge of industry trends.
• Use of EDA software (Altium).
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and project management.
• Advanced understanding of industry standards (ISO, IPC, EMC) and regulations.
