We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Specialist to join our growing team.

What will you do?
- Maintain and manage Microsoft server environment and related services.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and associated services.
- Support storage systems, perform regular backups and monitor data integrity.
- Perform basic tasks related to virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, vSphere or equivalent).
- Provide technical support and ensure system reliability across departments.
Who are we looking for?
We’d love to meet someone who has:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced understanding of networking and system administration.
- Proven experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies and management.
- Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
- Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL and basic database operations.
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
