What will be your main tasks?

As Recruiter in our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Use and Improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

  • Effectively use an ATS to track candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Continually improve the system to ensure the best experience for candidates and the team.

Writing Job Postings:

  • Create attractive and informative job postings.
  • Define job requirements and candidate profile in collaboration with other teams.

Attracting Candidates:

  • Proactively search for candidates on different platforms.
  • Develop strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Selection Management:

  • Organize and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Cooperate with other teams regarding the organization of psychological testing.
  • Proactively participate in testing the candidate's specific knowledge.

Participation in the Employee Satisfaction Survey:

  • Actively participate in employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify key aspects of improving the work environment.

Participation in Employer Branding Activities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department in creating and implementing employer branding strategies.
  • Represent the company at events and promote company values.

More about you:

  • University degree within social sciences
  • Minimum work experience of 2 years in the same or similar jobs
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (experience of using TalentLyft is an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Affinity to teamwork
  • Desire to learn and master new skills.
