We are INETEC – a high tech company that designs, develops and produces robotic systems, instruments, probes, and software. We are actively involved in the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) project, the world's largest research and development initiative in nuclear fusion, as well as in the development of small modular reactors and various other projects in robotics and non-destructive testing for both the nuclear and space programs. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate the development of instruments and probes.
  • Work on challenging R&D projects.
  • Manage research and development projects, including defining objectives, tracking progress, and ensuring the quality of results.
  • Collaborate with development, production, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of instruments and probes into complex systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, manufacturing guidelines, and verification protocols.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor technological trends to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical regulations.
  • Mentor and train team members in technical and project management skills.
  • Oversee testing and validation of developed instruments and probes, working closely with laboratories and external partners.
  • Manage team resources, including task allocation and supervision of key activities.
  • Report on development progress and results to management while proposing innovations and improvements in the development process.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5–10 years in R&D within industries focused on instruments, probes, or related electronics development.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams.
  • A minimum of a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics (especially applied physics, acoustics, or electromagnetism).
